In the previous part you ended up on a ledge with no obvious way out. Walk off the ledge and walk towards the corner where you see a few rocks in the lava stream. There is nothing you can do there other than getting stuck between the rocks or being toasted by the lava. Just before the rocks to the right is a ledge that you can walk on. It leads into the corner of the rock wall with a pit next to it that you cannot jump out again. Look closer to the rock wall surface in the corner. It's easier to see when looking a little upward. There is a ladder on the wall in the corner. So, jump into the pit and climb the ladder on the wall in the corner.
When you have reached the end of the ladder, look around. You're standing next to a wall with a barred window. On the other side of the canyon you will see the entrance to the room with a phrase on the wall written in D'ni symbols. To the left you will see the large rock boulders with the smaller rocks behind them. If you look upward then you will see the green dome close to the ceiling of the cave. Turn around and walk clockwise around the building with the barred window. On the other side of the building is a door. Enter the building. On your right is a map of the cavern. At first, it is hard to make out anything at all, but starting with the green dome and the lake, it should become clearer soon enough.
In the room you will also find a desk, a few bookshelves, a table and a bed. Nothing you can click on though, but there is a note on the table from one of the treasure hunters. Apparently, the one who wrote it was searching for the D'ni treasures for so long that he lost the will to live.
Leave the room and walk to the right. Follow the path until you see a dooropening with a stairs on your left. Walk up the stairs. You're in a storage room but everything is empty. This is probably one of the places where the treasures used to be, but where relocated by the knight whose stone image you saw for the first time in the cemetry on the surface of elodea island.
Leave the storage room and walk down the stairs. At the end of the stairs, turn left and continue the path towards the yellow arch. Walk past the arch and you will be back at the end of the stairs that came after the green dome. Continue the path, past the door to the elevator. If you want, you can touch the cloth behind the pole with the yellow thing in the corner again. On your left you will see another entrance to a storage room. Skip this one unless you want to see an empty room like the previous one. There's only one storage room worth visiting and this is not the one.
Continue following the path, walk past another arch until you reach a pile of rocks and a wooden bridge. Walk along the rocks to reach the edge past the wooden railing. On the edge lies a wooden plack leading to another storage room. This is the one storage room that you do want to go to. Walk over the plank until you reach the entrance to the storage room. Walk all the way down the stairs. Again, the chests are all empty and the barrels and bottles are not very useful either. However, in contrast to the previous storage room, this one has the wooden beams placed at some distance from the wall. You can walk behind the wooden beams if you go left past the barrels. Turn around and you should see the fifth journey cloth on the back of the third wooden beam.
Exit the storage room, go back up the stairs and walk over the plank to reach the wooden bridge. Walk over the wooden bridge to the other side. Follow the path past the pole with yellow thing on your left and a broken rope bridge on your right. Follow the path to the left towards another arch. Behind this arch are two more storage rooms, but they have nothing new to offer. Instead of going through the arch, you can also turn right. You should see a small passage. Walk into the passage. At the end you see another entrance to a storage room and a large pile of rocks. Underneath the pile of rocks lies a stone slab of the knight. If you walk a bit around the pile of rocks you should be able to see a passage behind the rocks. In one place the rocks are a lot smaller than the others. You can jump over these rocks to enter the passage behind the rocks. Follow the path until you reach another pole with a yellow thing. A little further you should see an entrance to something.
Walk through the entrance down the stairs. Halfway down the stairs you should see a stairway to the left and another to the right. To the right leads to another storage room and to the left leads to another stone slab of the knight. For now, keep going down forward. Follow the stairs until you reach the end. Before you is a large door. The floor here is partially dissappeared into the lava. Carefully jump over the lava to reach the door. Walk through the large door into a small room with a round tapestry on the floor and a green bottle. Walk towards the green bottle. However, the floor here is not solid, so you will fall through it after a few steps. You end up in another small room directly underneath the previous one.
To your left is the sixth journey cloth. Touch it and turn around. You should see an opening in the wall before you. Jump into the opening and turn left. Follow the tunnel until you're back outside.
It looks like you're going to have to do some more lava jumping here. Jump onto the first platform you see before you. From there you can go to the right to return to the end of the stairs by the large door, or go to the left. Go left first. Carefully jump from each platform to the next until you reach a brick wall with an iron gate in the middle. Jump onto the ledge before the iron gate and enter the room behind the gate. Well, this area looks familiar... It's the one area with a journey cloth that you could not reach in the previous episode. Walk to the seventh journey cloth and touch it.
Exit the room via the gate through which you came in here. Step onto the first platform in the lava stream and carefully jump from platform to platform until you're back at the end of the stairs by the large door.
Walk up the stairs until you're back at the fork, halfway the stairs. To your right is another stairs leading to a stone slab of the knight. Walk towards the stone slab. A few rock boulders are lying around and some of the rocks in the wall have a slightly lighter color tone than the surrounding rocks in the wall. Between those rocks on the right side wall is a hidden button. Push it and the stone slab will lower, revealing another corridor behind it.
Jump over the rock boulders to enter a corridor with a tapestry on the floor. At the end of the corridor is a room with a treasure chest and two tapestries on the wall. The tapestry on the left has a blue button on the right side. Push the button and the tapestry will slide up, revealing another room. Enter the next room. Here you will find more treasure chests, gold bars, crates, paintings, a pile of tapestries and a table or altar with lit candles. There's nothing you can do with any of it. Behind the red curtain however, is a hidden passage leading to a corridor with twelve pictures on the wall. Although most of the pictures are unknown to me, four pictures do look familiar.
If you stand close enough to any of the pictures, you will see that you can click on them. This looks like another puzzle. But you have not found any clue thus far that could relate to these pictures. As said before, four pictures look familiar as they are from the first four Myst games. Assuming that those four pictures are the ones you need and starting from the left, press picture 3, 7, 9 and 12. After you've done that, another hidden door will open at the end of the corridor. Walk through the door with the red curtain and you will be in a large treasure room.
This is the room that you could see through a window at the end of the previous episode. In fact, that window is to your right. A little further to the right you'll see a smaller room behind red curtains. It contains a few treasure chests and a pile of gold. There are a few more of these rooms, some have more gold in them and others have a few benches for resting. Only one of them contains a few pedestals with a book. It's the room opposite to where you entered the large treasure room. The pedestal in the middle of that room contains a word from the creator of this Age, the other pedestals each have a linking book .
This concludes the Elodea Age. From here you can link to the nexus, back to the surface of Elodea island, or just go back to your Relto.
